Due to our much loved admin and payroll Yoda spreading her wings and broadening her horizons, our busy supermarket is looking to fill some very large shoes. This role encompasses payroll (PayGlobal) for a team of 140, debtors/creditors, HR administration, file maintenance, and all manner of administration duties that come up on a daily basis. If you're looking for a varied day, can deal with re-prioritising during the course of a work day, have an absolute commitment to customer service, and can work autonomously and as part of a team, then we would like to hear from you as soon as possible.

Essential skills:

- End to end payroll, preferably on PayGlobal
- SAP
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Intermediate maths skills
- A sense of humour
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Confidentiality

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Payroll
- HR filing and administration
- Debtor/creditor management
- IRD filing and reporting
- Queries from customers/suppliers/team members
- Reception work
- Uniform orders
- Stationery orders
