We're searching for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Auckland team and provide operational support for our HVAC division at 1M.
As one of the top commercial and infrastructure air conditioning mechanical service companies in the country, we offer design, build, and install services under the HVAC division of the OCS Group.
This is a
**full-time position** based in
**Penrose**. While prior administration or receptionist experience is desirable, we're primarily looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:
- A skilled multi-tasker who can handle urgent requests while maintaining a high level of service for internal and external customers
- At least 2 years of administration or receptionist experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Word, XLS & Teams
- Typing speed of at least 50wpm
- Attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right the first time to increase business efficiency
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines, while supporting and encouraging team members
- Willingness to tackle any task, big or small, and ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients
Responsibilities for this role include managing the vehicle fleet, processing payroll data, maintaining administration systems and processes, raising purchase orders, managing assets, and general administration duties.
