The role of the Activities and Events Crew Supervisor is to support and supervise the Activities and Events Crew, this includes assisting the Team Leader.

**The **Indoors** **Activity & Events Supervisor will be responsible for**:

- Maximising the customer experience in our facilities for individuals and groups who utilise space for their active recreation, leagues, practices and events
- Event Crew Staff rostering across the network of facilities
- Liaising with Event Organisers to ensure events are well organised and successful (including creating Run sheets, checking Health & Safety requirements including security, relevant licences are obtained etc)
- Opening and preparing the stadium and other Recreation & Sport Centre facilities, including set up and pack down of equipment required
- Being the go-to point for customers and effectively contribute to the delivery of a branded customer experience that is engaging and adhering to customer service standards and normal operating procedures.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a customer service role and/or in the events and recreation industry. You will also have proven experience supervising a small team. You will be results focused and have the drive to self-manage and complete tasks in a timely manner. You will bring a can-do attitude to the role and have the ability to solve problems and effectively use your conflict resolution skills when required.

**Additional information**:
Hours of work: Permanent, full-time, Tuesday to Saturday.

**Salary**: From $26 to $29.48.
