Administration Assistant

Remarkable People are looking for a temporary Administration Assistant to join our well established client and their team based in Dunedin, Otago.
Administration experience is required for this position, our client needs someone to step in and be confident with some of the basic tasks such as customer service, confidence on the phone, proficient computer usage.
Some of the tasks will include answering phones, customer liaising, packaging and scheduling deliveries, invoicing, freight bookings, timesheets, filing, greeting customers, creating job sheets and more.
Hours are: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm
Role Requirements:
- A friendly and bubbly personality
- A willingness to learn and be trained
- Ability to have a proactive approach
- Someone who is able to use their initiative and ask for help when needed
- Basic administration experience
- Quick learner
- Confident using a computer
- Once the role has been learnt, ability to be self sufficient
- A team player who isn't afraid to help others
- Confident and professional manner
