Combined Oncology, Haematology and Palliative Care Administration Service is
located at Christchurch Hospital. They

As a member of the Combined
Oncology, Haematology and Palliative Care Administration services, this role

**has shared accountability for**:
**Key responsibilities are**:
Effectively leading and
managing the administration team
Embedding a customer-focus
within the team
Support the service of patients and
their whanau
Effectively managing team
workload and resources
Contributing to systems and
process enhancements
- Monitoring and reporting on

team delivery Reports on all bookings and
transcription throughput including monitoring to keep within service and MOH
guidelines.
Provides data to show
waitlists are monitored, reported and acted upon in line with service
requirements.

The
promoting collaboration within and across disciplines, projects and teams.
Possessing the skills and knowledge to continuously improve the organisation's
standard of care and quality with an ability to identify and allocate resources
to ensure staff feel supported and can achieve their goals is vital.
Experience within the health industry is highly desired.

years' experience leading a team
- Exceptional
customer focus
- Experience
managing data and a variety of information systems
- High
level of diplomacy and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and

leading successful improvement initiatives
- Health
sector experience
- A
