Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our newly established team within the People & Capability (P&C) directorate as we transition to a new Service Delivery Model which brings together our core HR and payroll services (requests, transactions, and queries) under one People Operations Team.
The People Hub Adviser will manage requests from the business covering people-related functions and will be the first point of contact to support queries and requests. You will work with People Hub Coordinators and report to a Team Leader to work closely with others across People Operations and the wider People & Capability directorate.

You are confident problem solver and effective communicator to help our customers get the right information and resolution to queries in a timely manner. You're a team player that enjoys working with others to grow your knowledge and build working relationships to develop yours and the teams capability for daily functions and beyond.

**You will have experience in/ knowledge about**:

- Ensuring a customer centric approach is taken with all people needs.
- Ability to identify and solve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads of self and others in a high-pressure, high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of, and relevant experience in HR and people-related functions
- Able to work effectively with diverse groups of people, with a strong level of cultural capability and awareness.
