**About the Role**
- Our team at the New Zealand International Convention Centre are delivering what will be one of the country’s most iconic buildings and we need a proactive Health and Safety Administrator to join our site Health and Safety team. Based at our Auckland CBD site office, you will coordinate, implement and administer Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives to ensure the project maintains the highest professional EHS standards and complies with all relevant legislation.
- This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator or for someone starting out in their career. You will be organised, work hard and most importantly, you must have a great attitude and willingness to help others.

**About you**
- Along with the above points, we are looking for the following attributes and capabilities:

- Previous experience with administrative support. Relevant experience in the H&S field would be advantageous but not essential.
- Proven experience in reporting, such as monthly KPI or Performance reporting
- Evidence of experience in writing / editing of policy documents or similar
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail, produces high quality work and has pride in output and presentation
- Responds appropriately to different situations, people and ideas and effectively copes with change
