In the People and Culture (P&C) Directorate, we are focussed on creating the best employee experience in everything we do. Our Health and Safety team provides a proactive partnering model for our business managers.
About the role | Kōrero mō te tūranga
You will support our Health & Safety team, who provide our Faculties and Directorates with specialist advice and support. This will include managing the day-to-day Health and Safety enquiries and communication channels, incident management support, financial administration and being our digital solutions champion. Key aspects of this role will be providing a supportive can-do approach for our customers, assisting with Health and Safety reporting, building excellent relationships with our third-party providers and offering administrative support for the team.

About you | Kōrero mōu
You will be used to operating as a strong administrator in a professional Health and Safety team. You will also bring with you:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role demonstrating a broad range of service and support functions
- Experience in a health and safety environment is preferred
- Sound experience with digital systems and reporting
- Demonstrated adaptability with the confidence to tackle new things
- A knack for taking ownership and driving successful outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
