**About the role**:
We are looking for a Wellington based Field Service Representative to join our Field Service Team in New Zealand. Reporting into Field Service Manager, the Field Service Representative will primarily cover the greater Wellington region delivering on site technical support including installation of payment hardware, providing training of our solutions and general servicing to our EFTPOS New Zealand (ENZ) customers.

**What you'll do**:

- Daily installations of EFTPOS New Zealand solutions
- Provide onsite technical support including after hours on call support on a rotational basis.
- Provide onsite training and service for all Verifone/ ENZ products
- Resolve any issues or queries with jobs promptly by working collaboratively with the team or wider business
- Complete all administration tasks in a timely manner including, near real time updates of job status into business systems, stock management, quarterly car reports etc.:

- Provide regular Sales leads to support the growth of ENZ market share while providing customers with up-to-date technology.
- Complete all assigned job requests within agreed service levels.
- Understand and maintain all knowledge for Verifone products and services.

**What qualifications will you need to be successful?**:
We are looking for someone with technical knowledge in the IT or Payments industry, someone who is customer focused and can multitask and achieve a high level of problem solving. The person will need to be able to work independently and be part of a wider team that is willing to share knowledge and information.
