- We have an exciting opportunity for an HSE practitioner to join the team at Fletcher Construction as a Programmes Advisor. The purpose of this role is to provide support to the business by coordinating and implementing environment, health & safety initiatives to ensure the division maintains the highest professional HSE standards.We're looking for an individual who can achieve HSE excellence through engagement, not just compliance. You'll be passionate about wellbeing, coaching, and training, and comfortable engaging with stakeholder’s face-to face or via technology. Experience in the construction sector is preferred, but not required. This role suits those who are passionate about health and safety, enjoy working with diverse people and cultures, and can positively engage at all levels to improve HSE performance. Strong knowledge of critical risk management processes and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

**What you will bring to the role**:
- Prior experience in a health and safety role, preferably at advisor level or above
- Ideally you will have a Health and Safety qualification and knowledge of risk management processes and tools
- A good working knowledge of safety, risk, environment and human resources in an operational capacity, is sought after
- Confident to deliver training and present to large groups
- Strong administration skills, including word, excel and database management
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detail
