By putting the customer first The Warehouse succeeds in being one of the best retailers in New Zealand and our friendly, helpful Team Members help keep our customers shopping with us. **Job Description**: Key Responsibilities: - Assisting the Sales Support Manager in leading and coaching the team responsible for managing all customer-critical processes at the "Front End", including checkouts, loss prevention, and administration/cashier duties. - Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience and to promote customer loyalty. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and effective store operations. - Contributing to the delivery of labour objectives, ensuring internal audit standards are met, and taking the lead role in Safety Hub administration. - Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability while managing costs.
