Are you passionate about the outdoors and love helping people bring their landscaping visions to life? We’re looking for a reliable and energetic 2IC to support our Landscape Team at Mitre 10 Ferrymead.

**About the Role**: As 2IC, you’ll be working hands-on in the elements, assisting customers with their landscaping projects and supporting the department lead in day-to-day operations. This is a physically active role that involves customer service, stock management, and maintaining a safe and tidy yard environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on landscaping products
- Support the department Team Leader with team coordination and daily operations
- Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control
- Operate forklifts and other machinery safely and efficiently
- Ensure health and safety standards are upheld at all times
- Help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming outdoor space

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- A valid forklift license - WTR endorsement is even better
- Experience in retail, landscaping, or a similar hands-on role
- Confidence working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
