**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Professional to play a pivotal role as the 2IC at our Hornby Carpet Court and CurtainStudio store. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of two of New Zealand's most exciting interior brands.

If you are motivated, lead by example, and are keen to grow your management skills under a great support structure, then this is the role for you. You will be tasked with supporting both our Flooring _and_ Window Furnishings sales team, ensuring sales targets are met and a quality service to our customers is provided at all times.

**Key Skill and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to provide leadership in sales activities.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets, ensuring adherence to the budget.
- Uphold customer service standards and KPIs, including response times and post-sale service.
- Foster a learning and development culture through coaching and support for employees.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends in the interiors industry.
- Ideally you will have a strong residential and commercial sales background within the construction or interiors industry. Experience in either the Flooring Industry or within the Window Furnishings space is advantageous.
