Growth Specialist

We're looking for a hungry and innovative Growth Specialist to join our team in New Zealand and help scale our customer base here but also input to our growth activities around the world (AU, UK and Brazil).

**About this Role**

Fundamentally your remit to devise and implement tactics and experiments that will either find new pathways to customer acquisition or improve our conversion funnel metrics after sign-up.

You'll sit in our core marketing team with an immediate focus on improving these metrics in AU. However, you'll also get to work with our UK, Brazil and NZ marketing teams and take on a global remit.

You will report to our Lead Growth Marketer in Australia but also work in close partnership with members of the broader marketing team and the product team.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Use data to identify customer cohorts to analyse and run experiments against.
- Create, test, optimise campaigns driving desired actions using our CRM platforms across eDM, Push in-product messaging. Including testing for segments, creative, channel, etc.
- Run growth hacking experiments off-product to identify new avenues for customer acquisition. (Not digital marketing)
- Play a supporting role in the tracking of our growth performance to help the team identify strengths, weaknesses and strategies to improve the performance.
- Working in cross-functional growth squads in partnership with developers, data analysts, product managers to run in product experiments that positively impact these metrics
- Implementing successful experiments you've achieved locally, or those that have been achieved by other markets into always-on campaigns/initiatives.

**Who you are**
- 1-3 years experience in the realm of growth marketing
- Can be highly autonomous and self-starting but also enjoys being part of a team and works well with others.
- A desire to be very hands-on, actually running experiments, analysing data and so on
- Strong with data analysis
- Strong experience with managing growth experiments end-to-end including strong experience with A/B testing
- Proficient in simple copywriting for eDMs, push notifications and so on
- Bonus: Experience with Mixpanel, Braze, Data Studio
- Interest or experience with financial services and investing is a plus point
