This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across a wide range of retail products. You will partner with Product Managers, analytics teams, and external stakeholders to uncover insights, improve performance, and support smart decision making.

You will be naturally curious, detail-focused, and confident working with data. You enjoy solving problems and turning numbers into stories that drive action.

Responsibilities Include:

- Analysing product performance, cards transaction ecosystem, customer behaviour and supporting Retail Products projects and initiatives
- Leading incident and risk analysis to understand customer impact
- Providing financial and regulatory reporting to meet internal and external needs
- Writing reports and creating dashboards that help teams make informed decisions.

- Highly proficient with tools like SQL, Power BI, and Excel with strong hands-on experience
- Proven ability to analyse complex data and communicate insights clearly to varied audiences
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, communicate confidently with stakeholders and influence outcomes
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning and development
- Solid understanding of retail banking products and experience in the financial services industry is advantageous
