EES specialise in ducted air conditioning solutions for residential customers, we are the heat pump & air conditioning experts. We have an exciting opportunity for a senior HVAC Installer ready to develop and grow in their career to a Team Leader. The HVAC Installer Team Leader is responsible for leading, supporting and driving the team within the Auckland region to deliver targets and completion of residential ducted heat pump installs. The role involves installation, servicing and maintenance of ducted heat pumps. **To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with**: - 3 years previous experience in working within the HVAC industry with some experience leading an HVAC Team. - Level 3 HVAC Trade Certified or equivalent. - EWRB Electrical Service Technician qualification (preferred). - Sound knowledge of ducted heat pump installs and practices - Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a multi-disciplined environment - Good oral and written presentation skills - Ability to manage own and teams work. - You’ll be comfortable climbing on roofs and working in a confined space. - You have an approach of "right first time, every time - A current and clean, full NZ driver's license (required) - Flexibility to work to our customers' availability - Sound knowledge of Health and Safety practices **What’s on Offer** We offer the opportunity to grow your skills and make a real difference in a supportive, high-performing team that celebrates success.
