Cocktail bar, Sardine, in Queenstown is looking for an experienced bartender who thrives working in a busy, fast paced, and high-volume environment. Sardine, situated on the side of White + Wong's, is a well-established brand within Good Group Hospitality Ltd, focusing on exquisite cocktails and serving South-east Asian fusion food.

It is vital you have previous hospitality experience, and if you have your LCQ and have previous experience in cashing up - this is a huge advantage, however training is provided.

You will have:

• At least one year experience in high-end venues
• LCQ/General Managers Certificate is a bonus
• Experience in cash handling/cash ups is a bonus
• Experience with cocktail bartending
• Available to work late nights and weekends
• Good time keeping skills, and a drive to want to learn
• Proven record of being able to keep calm under pressure
• High level of personal presentation
• Advanced wine knowledge is a bonus
• Excellent communication skills is a must
