**Mōu | About you**
We are looking for a bubbly person with a can-do attitude who can manage the reception area, handing first point of contact communications, and providing administrative support to the Executive team and our overall Office on a daily basis. There is never a dull moment in this role, so you will need to be a multitasker with that rare combination of both people and administrative skills.
**Ngā Responsibilities Matua | Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for running the day-to-day office - phone calls, set up for meetings, greeting visitors, assisting with appointments
- Admin support for the Senior Leadership Team, including scheduling and travel
- Assist with developing marketing material
- Coordinate events and assigned projects
- General support across the team — you’ll be central to keeping things on track

As a company, we provide dedicated support to residents in our Care Homes and Villages.
At New Zealand Aged Care Services, we currently have 10 Care homes and 6 Villages, with a total of around 610 team members whilst having a continuous focus on future expansion.
