**About us**
Located in our Auckland Operations team in Highbrook our Customer Support team is critical in delivering a service that exceeds our internal and external customers’ expectations. As a close knit team you will often hear laughter and chatter amongst them.

**The role**
We are looking for a Customer Support Supervisor who has strong administrative skills, a keen problem solver and communicates well with a variety of stakeholders to lead and deliver great service to our customers.

This is a fulltime, Monday to Friday role with the occasional rostered weekend work.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead and manage day-to-day admin operations to ensure we exceed customer expectations.
- Lead the customer support team, providing guidance, support and performance feedback.
- Assist in developing and implementing processes and strategies.
- Analyse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Building rapport with customers through excellent communication skills, whether written or by phone.
- Work with internal and external customers to answer queries and resolve issues.
- Work closely with operations to resolve customer queries.
- Drive efficiency through team collaboration and ongoing improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and export standards through effective documentation and regulatory oversight.
- Accurate processing of transport documents.
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the Bookings process into distribution centres.
- Have knowledge of export processes and a strong understanding of food safety compliance.
- Work well under pressure, driving teams to perform and consistently meet targets and deadlines.
