Join our newly formed asset management team and be part of a challenging and exciting journey to elevate asset management practices within our Directorate. Excellent opportunity for a motivated and passionate person to start at ground level and assist our team in developing policies, practices and procedures in the infrastructure asset management space. You will be supporting the Asset & Maintenance Planning Manager with the analysis of condition assessment data, engaging with consultants, implementing robust AM systems and assessing trends for planned asset renewals and project related works.

The Property & Facilities team provides the overall asset and facilities management of buildings, plant & equipment, and clinical equipment, either owned or leased by Te Whatu Ora. The unit includes the following key areas; Support Services, Capital Projects, Technical Services, Clinical Engineering and Business Improvement and Capability Development.
Moū - About you

**You will have**:

- Good grasp of Asset Management and Maintenance standards and techniques in the New Zealand context
- Working knowledge of International Infrastructure Management Manual (IIMM), National Asset Management Support (NAMS) and ISO 55000 standards.
- Demonstrable experience in the detailed use of a CMMS system
- Experience in data models and reporting packages - Power BI, Qlik
- Proven ability to analyse large datasets and identify/report trends
- Proven ability to write comprehensive asset management planning documents and reportsE pā ana ki a tatou - About us
