**Mo te tunga | About the role**
We are looking for a **Senior Analyst - Asset Management** to drive evidence-based decision making, with an initial focus on our property portfolio. Reporting to the Manager - Asset Management, you will provide technical expertise to improve asset data and analytics, and support delivery of the Property Asset Management Plan.
You will initially be creating 'the one source of truth,' by integrating datasets across leasing, facilities management, operations, projects and financial registers. Using this consolidated data, you will develop lifecycle models, produce financial forecasts and demonstrate trade-offs between scenarios.
You'll have knowledge of data hierarchies and structures and asset information requirements to support asset management practices
Experience with the use of 'SPM Assets' or a similar asset management information system is highly regarded
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Manage, maintain and provide advice on best practice use of Property's Asset Management Information System (AMIS)
- Analyse the current data from the AMIS and highlight risks, issues and variances
- Lead and model best practice asset data management
- Ensure interoperability of datasets, to enable integration with planning, investment, and finance frameworks
- Contribute to, and deliver key elements of the asset management roadmap, work programme and priorities
- Managing and maintaining accurate asset data and produce accurate and timely asset reports
- Support asset planning, standards, delivery and monitoring using asset data
- Act as the key link between asset information requirement and stakeholder needs
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting from an asset investment perspective.

- developing, testing and implementing asset management forecasts and models, ideally across multiple asset classes or organisation-wide
- ensuring asset management data and asset performance metrics are in place and support effective decision making
