**Description**:
Roger Gill Agriculture is seeking an experienced Parts & Service Advisor to join our multi-franchise Dealership in Pukekohe.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Maintaining customer contact to ensure they are kept informed of the progress of work being done on their machinery
- Taking service bookings, processing repair orders, quotes, and invoices
- Work closely with the sales team and workshop to maximise utilisation of resources
- Ordering of parts
- Receipting in and invoicing out of parts
- Parts inventory management
- Be able to prioritise and multitask in a time driven environment
- Excellent computer literacy & experience with in-house & external systems
- Strong relationship building skills & a passion for customer service
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn & grow their knowledge
- Work well as a part of a team as well as autonomously

**Applicants for this position will have**:

- A full drivers license
- NZ residency
- A Forklift license and F endorsement (preferred but not essential)

The position is fulltime Monday to Friday 7:30am 5:00pm, with rostered Saturdays 8:00am 12:00pm during the beginning & end of daylight savings for the busier period of our business.
