We have a 12 month, fixed term, full-time position available for a person with excellent administration skills.

You will be the first point of call for HR queries across Nelson Marlborough. You will support the HR team by responding to internal and external queries, processing compliance requirements such as Police check and Annual Practising Certificate renewals, and entering the data onto our systems. You will get exposure to a variety of administration tasks within a HR environment.

This is a full-time role working 80 hours per fortnight, fixed term for 12 months based in Richmond, Nelson.

You will be a positive, enthusiastic and forward thinking administrator looking for an opportunity to grow and develop in the People and Communications space. You will be computer savvy, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Most importantly, you are a flexible team player with a great sense of humour.

We are ideally looking for someone who possesses these skills and experience:

- Excellent administration skills and accuracy
- Excellent organisation, communication skills and attention to detail
- High level customer service and a desire to promote best practice
- Adaptable to change and a flexible - can do - attitude
- A strong work ethic
- Preferred experience with Human Resources administration and related systems
- Experience in the health sector may be helpful but not necessary.

This role would be best suited to an individual who thrives in a busy environment, can remain calm under pressure and enjoys being a supportive team player.
