**The Role**
Lead an already successful and growing Southern Lakes Branch following the internal transfer of the previous leader to Auckland. If this was a sports team you’d be player / coach: setting the tone for a thriving and high performing culture through your leadership of several commercial and domestic brokers and support staff, while remaining hands on to lead by example in growing your own client portfolio, and helping others do the same.

**You**
Most likely you’ve had a leadership role within an Insurance Branch already and can demonstrate an ability to juggle sales and customer service with staff development and engagement. Your success will be measured by branch sales growth and profitability and supporting customer, quality and leadership KPIs.
