As a senior member of our Corporate team you will be working with leaders in their field. You will work under the supervision of highly-experienced partner, Roger Wallis, and collaborate with other key Corporate Partners across a broad range of corporate transactions including public market mergers and acquisitions, equity capital market transactions, business reorganisations, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

**Relevant skills and experience required**:

- 7 years + PQE
- Commercially astute and client focused
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and solution oriented
- Experience in the areas of M&A, capital markets and general corporate & commercial law
