We are looking for talented lawyers to join the Wellington team to advise clients on M&A, takeovers and capital markets transactions, across a broad range of industries and sectors. Led by David Coull and Amon Nunns and Angela Harford and Dean Oppenhuis.

This role would be perfect for solicitors with property experience in a large law firm, or smaller or specialised law firms, and could also suit in-house lawyers seeking a return to private practice.
- 3 or more years of relevant post-qualification experience, including private practice or inhouse.
- Large transaction experience - large scale M&A work, takeovers and capital markets.
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
- Ability to get on well with others, whether the team, firm, clients or others.
- Right to work in New Zealand (we will consider foreign qualified lawyers), provided they already have their visa.
