We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced clerical administrator to join the Inpatient Booking clerk team. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in an exciting, demanding and challenging work environment.

This is a key front line role in the service that works closely with the operations managers and medical staff to manage the elective patient flow in each department.

**Mōu | About you**

Required skills & experience you will need to be considered for this role:

- To be successful in this role, you will need to be well organised and prioritise your workload effectively.
- This position is ideal if you have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service via telephone, have a good eye for detail, experience with data bases and are a positive team member.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of people is essential.
- You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office products and have accurate typing skills.
- Experience in a health environment and knowledge of patient management systems and clinical terminology would be a significant advantage.
