**About the Role**

We are seeking a Receptionist/Booking Clerk to join our team in providing accurate and efficient operation and maintenance of the administration system.

**About the Team**

Providing Outpatient Clinic support with reception and bookings in the busy Meade Clinical Centre. The Centre is comprised of a diverse range of specialty outpatient clinics, and services up to 800 patients per day.

**About you**
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude
- Strong customer service focus
- Strong administration and computer skills, previous administration and hospital system experience would be an advantage but are not essential as training will be provided.
- To be innovative and flexible with excellent time management and organisational skills
- To be flexible with working hours. Earliest start time 7.30am, latest finish time 5.00pm.
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
