A growing cloud-based software start-up company is looking for a Hardware Technical Support Engineer to support their software & hardware POS / Eftpos product

Do you enjoy learning? Love solving problems? Dynamic to work on a variety of things? Be able to come up with ideas and improve processes? Enjoy helping customers over the phone?

**What you’ll bring**:

- BEng or BSc or BA or BCom or similar degree or tertiary qualification
- 6-12 months Hardware support experience including Windows, Android, Touch screens, Printers etc
- Ideally POS / Eftpos support experience
- Enjoy solving technical problems
- Good written English & documentation skills
- Ideally POS / Eftpos technical support experience or happy to learn
- Get satisfaction resolving customers issues & sending them away with a smile
- Be part of a fresh new growing start-up company?
- All-rounder who enjoys learning new technologies & likes helping customers?
- Hospitality or retail work experience an advantage
- Excellent communication & spoken English
- An advantage if you have Hindi language skills?
