**Job Description**:
We have an exciting position within our Global Logistics business for a client services/finance support individual to join our high performing team in our Lower Hutt office, reporting to the Contract Manager (NZ).

Responsible for financial processing, administration, and completion of jobs as well as compliance to external and internal KPIs by ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer invoices, reports and creditor approvals and processing. This role is part-time being 24 hours a week.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Review and process all supplier invoices related to the account.
- Update tracking sheets with relevant information.
- Provide monthly reports as required.
- Reconcile monthly supplier statements.
- Work with AR and AP team as required to ensure timely processing of supplier invoices and production of customer invoices.
- Liaise with customer regarding queries.
- Ensure internal controls are adequate and enforced
- Prioritise and respond to all requests on a timely basis
- Review processes to determine improvements.
- Update desk file when required and at least annually.
- Other operational and financial duties as required by the manager

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- NCEA level 2 & 3
- At least two (2 +) years’ experience in Accounts Payable or other operation position that required invoicing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
- Working knowledge of SAP and SAP Hana preferred
