We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Client Services Ambassador to join our leadership team within our T Galleria store.

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Client Service Ambassador is responsible for providing expert advice and delivering the highest level of customized service possible to customers. As an ambassador, they should inspire, guide, and develop the frontline team in becoming trusted consultants for a seamless shopping experience while delivering sales & productivity targets.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Implementing strategies to effectively drive customer satisfaction, engagement, return visits and growth of members
- Build, develop and maintain positive rapport and relationships with VIP clientele
- Maintaining a strong clientele relationship through ongoing communication and regular updates on newness, events and promotions
- Assist Client Services Manager (CRM) in the coordination of private viewings, functions, events, and other ad-hoc services requested by members, may require travel.
- Work with PSMs, team leads and identify the key staff in DFS to cultivate profitable relationships, cooperate with the sales team and bring all stakeholders/sales members together to provide seamless service to VVIPs

**Key Requirements**:

- College Diploma or above, preferably specializing in hospitality or service-related industry
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, hospitality services or luxury brand or boutique
- Experience in serving VIP clients including 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous
