**What will you be doing?**
Tower is undergoing a significant technology transformation to enable its strategy of becoming a digital disrupter. This includes significant investment in the automation space. Automation of business processes enables our staff to do more meaningful things, reducing their time spent on repetitive and mundane tasks
You can expect to be involved across a variety of areas including:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining software that supports business process automation.
- Work with the wider development teams to help engineer scalable, reliable, and resilient software running in the cloud (Microsoft Azure - Logic & Function apps)
- Work in a cross-functional Automation delivery team, both agile and project-delivery in nature.
- Work with multiple technologies, including Microsoft's stack (Azure, Logic & Function apps, Power Platform, Power Automate, cloud-based automation), C#,.NET & JavaScript.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Azure DevOps), and work with building solutions using Terraform
**What you'll need**
We'll value your proven initiative, problem solving abilities and leadership skills as we look for every developer to lead from their position.
We advocate agile, fully cross functional teams which will take you through all facets of developing in any given day. We are looking for a mix of technical skills, including
- Experience in a scaled agile environment (preferably SAFe)
- Experience with setting up monitoring and logging using tools such as SumoLogic
- Experience in developing and deploying full automation solutions in a cloud-based environment (Azure, AWS)
- Experience of working in a team environment, and with agile methodologies
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Microsoft Cloud computing ecosystem, preferably Cloud Azure certifications
- Applied pragmatic unit and integration testing experience
- Facilitating technical discussions and presented solution designs
