We are looking for an experienced and confident HR Advisor to join our dynamic team. You will provide high quality HR advice and support to our Managers, as well as providing solutions to resolve any issues they may have.

We are at the early stages of moving towards a more self-service focus for our people and managers. There is lots to do and we need someone who isn't afraid to tackle the challenges head on.

A key part of the role will be to look at ways to improve our systems and processes, to ensure we provide a fantastic customer experience every time. You will also have opportunities to support some exciting projects.

This is a great opportunity to work in an environment where we support each other to succeed, and will give you the autonomy and trust to work to your strengths.

**Nga pukenga me nga wheako | Skills and experience**
- experience of 1 / 2 year minimum in providing HR advice and support to managers
- ideally someone who has worked in a central advisory team before
- sound understanding of HR principles, procedures and legislation
- outstanding planning and organisation skills
- the ability to engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- a strong customer focus with good attention to detail
- a passion for continuous improvement
- a 'can do' attitude and a solutions focused approach to problem solving
- commitment to developing your cultural capability and capacity in te ao Maori.

**Whanuitanga Utu a-Tau | Salary range**

Salary range for this role is $90,160 to $109,279 pa. Appointment within this range will be based on skills and experience.
