**The role**

We are expanding our People Analytics function and seeking talented individuals to help build an innovative, diverse and complementary team. From developing analysts to experienced professionals, we're looking to create a team with a mix of capabilities across workforce analytics, data management, and strategic people insights.

**Principal Advisor People Analytics**:
This role would be for experienced analytics professionals with the ability to
- Design, develop and maintain forward thinking people analytics, insights and workforce management activities
- Shape and deliver our people analytics strategy
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership teams
- Coaching and building skills in the team
- Develop and optimize analytical processes using Python, SQL, and visualization tools

The appointment salary for this role will be between $142,093 - $151,566 depending on experience.

**HR Data & Remuneration Analyst**:
This role would suit an analytically minded professional with HRIS & payroll reporting experience, with a focus on
- Ensuring data quality and regular reporting requirements are met
- Driving data quality and governance initiatives to ensure the integrity of our people data
- Leading remuneration analysis and processes
- Facilitating job evaluation processes
- Contributing to workforce planning initiatives

The appointment salary for this role will be between $103,009 - $109,876 depending on experience.

**Who we're looking for**

**For principal and senior level applicants**:

- A mix of strong People Analytics and workforce management
- Ideally Python & SQL experience, or transferrable experience in other languages/tech.
- Ability to independently build and maintain workplans, analytics roadmaps and workforce related projects.
- Data governance and standard setting.
- Strategic thinking and relationship management skills.
- Coaching and mentoring skills.

**Analyst Level**:

- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems with a focus on data
- Experience with rem frameworks.
- Strong Excel skills, with willingness to learn SQL and other reporting tools
- Experience ensuring data integrity
- Understanding of remuneration structures
- Experience with workforce reporting and metrics
- Strong attention to detail and data quality focus

**Before you apply**

You must:

- Have been a New Zealand Citizen for at least 10 years

OR

Hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of the UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years
- Be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Special (TSS) security clearance
- Ordinarily, this means you'll have a 15 year checkable background in countries NZSIS Vetting can make meaningful and reliable checks.
