Are you looking to take the next step in your career? Silver Fern Farms Pacific have the opportunity for you We are after a motivated, people person to join our busy Primary Butchery department as a Team leader.

This position will be on the afternoon shift between the hours of 3.00pm and 12.00am.

As Team Leader, you will have responsibility and accountability for the department and its outcomes. You will play a critical part in ensuring team members know and understand what’s expected and how the team’s production output contributes to the overall departmental production targets.

Providing inspirational leadership to the team, you will enable the highest of standards to be set and build a team culture which embraces and values respect, safety, accountability, and teamwork.

**You will have the following attributes**:

- Are experienced at leading people successfully and helping them grow
- Enjoy teamwork and tackle challenges with a positive mindset

Your previous experience in coordination and organisation will be essential. This department is fast paced in nature so adaptability and problem solving are important attributes to have.
