**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Join NZME as our Account Manager - Corporate Subscriptions, where you'll be a driving force behind the growth of our corporate digital subscriptions business.
In this pivotal role, you’ll manage a portfolio of existing corporate clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and renewals - while also identifying and converting new business opportunities.
You’ll represent NZME’s digital subscription brands such as Herald Premium and BusinessDesk working with a wide range of corporate partners across New Zealand.
**HOW YOU'LL DO IT**:
- Develop tailored annual renewal strategies aligned to client needs while managing yield and budget cycles as part of those renewals.
- Conduct regular account reviews to promote client engagement, drive usage, and ensure they are maximising the full value of their subscriptions.
- Identify and pursue new corporate subscription opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Accurately manage CRM records, sales pipeline activity, and forecasting.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- 3+ years’ experience in account management or business development.
- Proven success managing and growing corporate client portfolios.
- Ideally experienced in media, SaaS, or subscription-based business environments.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic, customer-focused thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.
