**Position Information**:
As our Office Manager you would be the “go to” person for anything office related. We are happy for this to be a part-time position and are flexible on hours, the main thing is that we are looking for someone to ensure that our Auckland office runs smoothly.

Sitting within our People & Capability team you will be involved in the following:

- Organising our social events - BBQs, Xmas party, and general get togethers.
- Ordering supplies for the office.
- Ensuring that our kitchen is stocked up with supplies as needed.
- Helping with our office update and coordinating with suppliers/contractors.
- Organising catering for customer and staff events.
- Helping to organise gifts for staff.
- Coordinating our cleaners, security and general contractors.
- Look after the office Health & Safety requirements.

**About You**:
Ideally you will hold the following experience:

- Have worked in an office environment in a similar position.
- Great communication skills.
- Love working with people and arranging social events.
- It would be ideal if you have a drivers license as you may need to pick up things from time to time.
- Good computer skills and knowledge in MS Office suite.
- Proactive - with a flexible approach to work.
- Good organisational skills - will be the key person to ensure our office runs smoothly.
