Mövenpick Hotel is on the lookout for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team.
The Housekeeping Supervisor role is one of three who leads the team on a daily basis. Charged with ensuring your team have all the tools and training they need to be successful you will report to the Executive Housekeeper and ensure they are supported in the running of the department.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Exceptional attention to detail with previous Housekeeping leadership experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- A quick thinker, who can think on the spot to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- A person who is not only a leader but also a team player, that will be hands-on in order to see their team succeed
Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:
- Experience in housekeeping preferred
- The right to work in New Zealand
- Flexibility of availability - able to work across a 7 day week shift pattern, including late nights.
