Ozone Coffee Roasters International (OCRI) comprises three speciality coffee operations - Ozone Coffee Roasters' two sites in London, two sites in New Zealand and Stafford (UK) Roastery.

We have an exciting opportunity at our New Plymouth roastery to support our New Zealand Head Roaster with production roasting and working alongside our dispatch team to pack and fulfil customer orders.
- Production roasting for Ozone Coffee Roasters NZ New Plymouth site.
- Supporting the Head Roaster with the maintenance and upkeep of the New Plymouth roastery space, including Health & Safety.
- Supporting our fulfilment manager and dispatch team to pack and fullfill customers orders.
- Blending, cupping and quality control.
- Stock management and planning alongside our Head Roaster and Auckland roastery.
- Working collaboratively with Wholesale, Online and Fulfilment teams to deliver for our customers.
- Being an enthusiastic source of coffee knowledge for our customers, the wider OCRI team and coffee community.

Desirable:

- Dispatch/warehousing experience preferred but not essential

Essential:

- Passion for coffee and desire to learn more
- Ability to move green coffee
- Ability to act fast to fix any technical issues with both equipment or to solve customer issues
- Ability to communicate well with a range of people
- A positive team player with a “can-do” attitude
- Capable of remaining alert and attentive when standing in one location for extended periods of time.
- Analytical, with a desire to learn and grow.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to take control of their responsibilities and work autonomously
