Key responsibilities:

- **Developing, directing & executing complete marketing strategy for Sony Music New Zealand's domestic roster**
- **International Marketing for Domestic Roster**
- Collaborate with artists to develop visual brand identity and tools for releases - press images, artwork, content and music videos.
- Executive Producer of all official visual content - liaise with creatives, coordinate shoots, manage budget and contracts, manage talent and crew, oversee final edit, execution, deadlines and delivery.
- Direct and oversee the creation of all associated marketing assets - e.g. digital marketing assets, street posters.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocation
- Liaise with Digital Marketing on digital marketing strategy (where ads are placed, targeting etc).
- Establishing release strategy and present to the wider team - engaging content, promotions, publicity and marketing to ensure a cohesive, successful release.
- Oversee physical manufacturing processes (CD, Vinyl, Merch)
- Coordinate international strategy - liaise with international labels on timelines, strategy, assets, rollout, artist schedules etc.
- Work closely with A&R on artist development, release strategy and timelines.
- Liaison between team and artists management on timelines, deliverables and marketing strategy
- Label point person for domestic roster - day to day liaising with artist + management as well as internal departments - finance, BA, promotions and marketing.
- Funding - liaising with funding bodies to secure investments for domestic artist recording, video, marketing and promotion
- **Lead and manage direct reports and provide leadership to the wider team**
- Provide training, create opportunities for staff development, assist with goal setting and performance management.
