Director Agency Partnerships

**About the role**:
As a key part of the leadership team you will take a responsibility for leading the strategy to engage and uplift performance to deliver on our partnerships with agencies. Your proactive leadership approach will be of critical importance in enhancing the capability and monitoring the outcomes of how this strategy works. There is also a strong requirement to ensure our communication and information channels are collaborative and supportive with a strong focus on continuous improvement to enhance our delivery.

**This multi-faceted and influential role involves**:

- Engaging, coaching and managing a multidisciplinary team where people are recognised for their contribution
- Develop and deliver a targeted approach to building on our partnership strategy that aligns with the branch's overall vision
- Actively contributing to the Group leadership team, and the Senior Leadership Cohort for the wider Branch
- Champion and advocate for the decisions of our leadership team to be applied across agency partners
- Co-ordinating business planning while having a thorough understanding of current challenges, risk and cost drivers
- Build trust in our agency relationships by demonstrating insight and understanding of the challenges faced at an enterprise level creating a mutually beneficial relationship.

**About you**:
You will be an inspirational leader who is passionate about the opportunities presented and able to evidence a track record in identifying and building sustaining connections while delivering solutions. You will be committed to building a culture of high performance while recognising talent within our multi-disciplinary team.

**You will need the following**:

- Extensive experience in managing a multi-discipline business function in partnership with business groups and various agencies
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills with confidence and credibility to engage effectively with, and influence stakeholders across the business and drive change
- Excellent attention to detail and outstanding writing skills, you'll have a natural ability to quickly present information in a concise, accurate and easy to understand form
- Strong understanding of Machinery of Government processes, systems and governance
