**Opportunity**
We have a rare and exciting opportunity here at FCB for the position of Account Director in our Account Management Team, Auckland
This role is unique in that it sits within FCB’s newest offering, FCB Six. FCB Six creates the experiences that allow people to have one to one interactions with brands - this could be downloading an app, purchasing something, commenting on social, entering a competition or signing up to a loyalty programme. We do this by combining data with creativity and innovation to deliver the right message, to the right person at the right time - so that no two people experience a brand the same way.
FCB and FCB Six work together, with FCB Media, to provide creative solutions that deliver long term brand love, and short term actions and response.
**You**
You are a slick account management professional - currently at SAM level, ready to step up, or a current AD looking for the next feather in your cap working with the best, on this enviable national treasure, high profile account. Working out of our central Auckland Office, you’ll be collaborating and working closely with both the Client and other FCB’ers to ensure we both meet, and beat our clients’ high expectations. Utilising your demonstrated track record of superior and strong client relationship management, the results will speak for themselves.
Your innate understanding of the big picture, your strength in detail and organisation, combined with your passion for end to end project management, and data driven results, will be key to your success. At FCB, you’ll both love, & champion, great creative. An eagerness to collaborate and contribute, in addition to your client relationship & servicing skills, will be second nature. Being both tenacious and resilient, you’ll be day-to-day key point of contact for your client, directing, guiding and advising on BAU. Working in this tight-knit and highly celebrated team, you’ll be willing to pitch in to get the mahi done, comfortable managing up and down, using your initiative and naturally proactive approach.

You’ll need to be
- Proactive, able to seek out opportunities drawing on your initiative and problem solving skills
- Confident, a natural rock solid relationship builder across all levels
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering to timings and budgets
- Collaborative
- You’ll have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Account Management in a large full service Agency, or you will come to us with demonstrated industry related transferrable skillsets
- Outstanding client management and project management skills and proven ability to work across a range of projects - you’ll excel at wearing many hats
- Naturally, you’ll have a positive, friendly attitude, equally able to have a laugh - a large dose of banter never goes amiss at FCB
