We are looking for a Contract Management Coordinator to join our Procurement team which sits within the wider Finance team. This newly created role is a permanent opportunity and is based in our Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington) office. We are open to an inter-agency secondment arrangement.
Mō te tūranga | About the role
Reporting to the Principal Procurement Adviser, you will assist with setting up and then administering the contract management system. You will also assist with the delivery and coordination of the procurement and contract management activities to support Commission's operational goals.

We are looking for a person who loves to be on the go, has excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal professionally with a wide range of people.

- have some experience in contract management or procurement
- have experience using systems (the contract management system is Technology One)

This role would be suitable for both a recent graduate or someone with experience. A background in Government and/or knowledge of AOG (All of Government) processes would be a plus but neither are essential.
