**Smart Property System Support Coordinator**

**About Us**

Matangi Property Services Ltd (MPSL) is a property maintenance and renovation company based in Auckland.
As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding into smart property solutions, offering clients integrated automation systems, cloud-connected security, and remote access technologies.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a technically capable and detail-oriented individual to support the backend operations of our automation services.
The Smart Property Systems Support Coordinator will manage system setup, product coordination, client onboarding, and post-installation support.
This role also involves assisting with the design and planning of system layout configurations across various projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support to clients following installation of smart security and automation systems (e.g. CCTV, alarms, intercoms, sensors, access controls).
- Set up and manage cloud-based platforms, user profiles, mobile app integrations, and remote access configurations.
- Assist in designing layout plans for system components (e.g. camera locations, control panels, wiring conduits) in coordination with project managers.
- Work with suppliers to source and procure automation and security equipment suited to each project’s requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including device logs, IP mappings, product records, and support history.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers, complete system setups, and end-user readiness.
- Respond to client inquiries, provide troubleshooting support, and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
- Support inventory tracking and maintain a register of commonly used products and configurations.

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical support, systems coordination, or related service role.
- Familiarity with smart home and security systems such as Ring, Hikvision, Ajax, Ubiquiti, or similar.
- Basic understanding of IP networking, cloud-based software platforms, and system dashboards.
- Ability to interpret and assist with creating system layout plans or placement diagrams.
- Experience in product sourcing, vendor communication, or stock coordination is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent documentation and client communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based productivity tools.
