We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Service Manager - Holiday Accommodation Experience to become part of our dynamic team. As the Service Manager, youll be the face of our establishment, welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism from the moment they arrive. Your passion for providing exceptional customer service will shine through as you handle reception duties, including check-in and check-out processes.

With your upbeat and friendly demeanour, youll ensure our guests feel right at home during their stay. Youll be responsible for making sure their needs are met, from answering any questions they may have about the local area, to providing recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants.

Youll also have the opportunity to showcase your organizational skills as you manage reservations, coordinate housekeeping, and maintain our inventory of supplies. Whether its making sure rooms are cleaned and prepared for new guests, or ensuring our snack bar is stocked with fresh treats, your attention to detail will be crucial in keeping our establishment running smoothly.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience is not compulsory, but would be a huge advantage, such as:

- experience in the motel and/or hotel management,
- experience in managing staff members and overseeing operations,
- knowledge of international holiday house experience related to the hospitality industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you effortlessly connect with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders alike.
- Your ability to build strong relationships and effectively interact with everyone makes you a valuable asset to any team or organization.
- To excel in this role, youll need to have a knack for keeping everything in order and be a master of multitasking.
- Your organizational and time-management skills must be top-notch, allowing you to juggle a variety of tasks and priorities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Be able to communicate fluently in English. A secondary language, such as Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, and Cantonese, will also be considered as an advantage.
