**About the job**:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team based in Palmerston North. This is more than just a you will be joining a great team with real career opportunities.

As Assistant Manager you will be supporting the Branch Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch, stock control, dispatching jobs, staff supervision, as well as tyre fitting, wheel alignment and other more hands-on tasks. You will be interacting with customers daily, with a focus on creating long term relationships.

- Tyre industry experience with fleet service experience ideal
- A safety-first approach to all daily tasks
- Great organisation skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- A full, clean NZ Drivers Licence
- A friendly and positive outlook with a customer service focus
- The ability to work in a busy team environment
