**About the role**
As a Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for the services that go into 2, 8 storey apartments and 1, 5 storey apartment. You will be working closely with the Project Manager to ensure completion of the project.
- Managing the delivery of work on site in accordance with the design brief
- Manage the installation of building services, ensuring compliance with local regulatory bodies, and building codes
- Liaise with subcontractors throughout project delivery
- Managing safe working procedures, project documentation and contracts
- Maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers and the internal team

**Skills & Experience**
- Technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical and HVAC with exposure to commercial projects.
- An understanding of building standards and safety regulations
- Commercial construction experience
- Interpreting and communicate project plans across trades, subcontractors, stakeholders and clients
