As our Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll drive success by:

- Partnering with sales, marketing, operations to optimize financial outcomes.
- Building finance capabilities and presence within our UCCNZ business.
- Unlocking growth opportunities through data-driven insight and modelling.
- Leading planning and forecasting to sharpen strategic plans.
- Implementing new analytics tools to transform decision making.
- Managing a small team to deliver impactful analysis.

**What are we looking for?**
- Demonstrated FP&A expertise or the high potential for advanced responsibility.
- Proficient analytical abilities, with experience in PowerBI highly desirable.
- Solid commercial insight and strategic financial acumen.
- Proactive in influencing stakeholders and leading change initiatives.
