We are looking for an analytical, dynamic and strategic Senior Finance Business Partner to work for a fast-growing company in the private healthcare sector.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to strategically analyse the company’s financial performance to identify gaps and trends, and in turn work closely with key stakeholders to provide meaningful insights and data to support key decisions. You will have strong commercial acumen to be able to bridge the gap between finance and other business functions to drive performance, strategic decision making and ultimately overall business success.

The role will see you provide direction to the broader team to deliver financial performance for the company. It is crucial that you are a strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, as you will be collaborating with stakeholders who have varying levels of financial literacy. Although a senior role, you must be prepared to roll your sleeves up and work across this large and varied business.

The role is a busy and varied one and we are looking for people who can operate in a high pace environment with a solution-oriented approach who want the opportunity to do good work. You must also be resilient and confident to make the right calls. It is essential that you have good experience with excel and CA/CPA or CFA qualified.

**Specific Responsibilities of this role include**:

- Prepare and publish board papers, assist with month end close, direct labour cost analysis and pricing framework
- In-depth financial analysis to understand financial health of business units
- Budgeting and forecasting ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Contribute to development of strategic plans
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Assessing financial risks and recommend mitigation plans
- Investment analysis
- Ensuring operations are compliant with financial regulations and policies
