Experion Care currently owns six specialized Residential Care facilities in the North and South Island. **Wensley House-Rest Home and Retirement Village**, Nelson is a part of our small group which has a strong family and community focus. **About the Roles**:
We are looking for full time Caregivers to join our team at Wensley House.

The Role guarantees a minimum of 32 hours per week.

**About you**
- Experience preferred but not essential.
- Capable of managing challenging behaviours.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Must be available for Night Shift, if needed.
- High energy, enthusiasm and a team player.
- Be Flexible and have a reliable transport.
- Be punctual, reliable and honest.

**Key skills required**:

- Dynamic and team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- You must be empathetic but also firm and resilient.
- Be able to engage with family and be culturally sensitive.
- All applicants must have a valid work visa, New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency

**Salary**: $22.49 - $28.25 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift work
